These Terms of Service govern your use of intelligentkeysolutions.com and your purchase of products from Intelligent Key Solutions (IKS). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who We Sell To
Intelligent Key Solutions sells to licensed automotive locksmiths, automotive dealerships, automotive service centers, and other verified automotive industry professionals. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payment at our discretion if we determine a purchase does not meet our customer eligibility standards.

Product Descriptions and Compatibility
We make every effort to ensure our compatibility listings are accurate and complete. Our listings are built and maintained by working locksmiths with direct field experience. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that the part number selected is correct for their specific vehicle application — including year, make, model, trim level, and factory-installed option packages — before placing an order and before any programming attempt is made.

IKS is not responsible for losses resulting from programming an incorrect part to a vehicle.

Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Limitation of Liability
Intelligent Key Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the original purchase price of the item in question.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
