SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on business days are prioritized for same-day processing.

Carriers and Delivery
We ship via UPS from our location in Austin, Texas. Available shipping services include:

UPS Ground (estimated 1-5 business days depending on destination)
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air Saver
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your shipment directly through UPS at ups.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with UPS to resolve the claim and get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
