Shipping Policy
Fulfillment Times
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if they are placed before 4 PM CST Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays documented by the service providers. No overnight shipping fees can be refunded if there is a documented delay on the tracking number. We do our part, making sure the order goes out of the warehouse on time, and the rest is outside of our control.
Damages and Shipment Issues
We take quality control seriously. Every key is inspected multiple times throughout our processing workflow to ensure it meets our functional and cosmetic standards before shipment.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
At Intelligent Key Solutions, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that show a “Delivered” status according to UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking information.
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders. Customers are encouraged to use the carrier’s tracking tools and contact the carrier directly to initiate a package trace when a delivery issue occurs.
In the rare event that tracking information shows no movement or appears to be stalled, please contact our customer service team so we can assist in submitting a trace with the carrier.
At our discretion, and on a case-by-case basis, a replacement order may be issued as a courtesy while a package is confirmed lost in transit.
